James Little is a Gettysburg native with deep roots in the community and a passion for helping people find their place to call home. With over 20 years of experience in professional sales, service, and construction—including serving as Director of Sales for a hotel management group—James has cultivated a career built on integrity, empathy, and negotiation expertise. His journey into real estate began after a personal experience with both unresponsive and exceptional agents, sparking a desire to raise the standard and become the kind of REALTOR® clients truly deserve.

Since becoming licensed in 2021, James has quickly made a name for himself, earning multiple accolades such as Keller Williams Rookie of the Year (2022), four-time Silver Circle Award winner, the Rising Star Adams County Award, and service recognitions from both the Air Force and Mission 22.

James specializes in helping both families and first-time investors achieve their goals—offering tailored strategies whether you're building a real estate portfolio or searching for your dream home. Outside of real estate, James is a dedicated father of two sons—one an accomplished student-musician and the other a decorated Taekwondo competitor. He’s also an active member of the community: a Freemason, youth soccer coach, nonprofit organizer, and long-time volunteer. A lover of literature, chess, hiking, and fantasy football, James brings authenticity and depth to everything he does.
